Reports
veEDIS™ delivers sophisticated yet uncomplicated reports to hospital management in real time for immediate action. Users simply click, assess and act. The ProMed report manager includes 150+ standard reports and extensive data query, which can be generated on demand for any time period. Virtually any piece of clinical documentation can be reported on, as well as extensive statistical reporting to include ED census, log, transfer log and much more to meet regulatory requirements and better monitor trends.
Real-time data mining allow ProMed users to create ad hoc reports quickly and enables continuous monitoring of data and reporting on established thresholds. ProMed’s dashboard reports include operations and clinical productivity, as well as Quality Assurance, including core measures, and provides management with monthly summary reports that graphically reflect trends and identify performance measures to allow for continuous improvement in quality of care.
Regulatory reports help to ensure that requirements set forth by the Joint Commissions, CMS, EMTALA and other agencies are met; process management reports provide access to wait times, provider profiles and revenue management; and quality management reports identify high-risk patient scenarios, clinically inappropriate dispositions, AMA’s, LWOT’s and unscheduled returns, and the need for ancillary utilization. veEDIS™ is an indispensible tool for effective management and continuous process improvement.
